Founder

Meet Michelle Woody, a passionate leader and entrepreneur with rich experience over nearly two decades across Automotive, E-Commerce, and Professional Services industries. As a proud CSU Long Beach alumna, Michelle's journey began as a small business operator working her way through school. Her early career was spent managing in large private and public corporate environments. The bulk of her experience has been in leading operations for high-volume stores at Enterprise Holdings including the Los Angeles International Airport.

Michelle's success is fueled by her commitment to sustainable, creative progress, underpinned by a people-first approach. Her meticulous organization, thought leadership, and innate problem-solving ability have made her a mentor for many aspiring professionals.

In 2022, she channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into the launch of Your Small Business Consultant, a venture dedicated to helping businesses with project-based expansion to prime them for scaling.

Michelle is a committed champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is an enthusiastic volunteer with the United Way Orange County's e-Mentorship program and various women's and LGBTQ+ service organizations. When not refining business strategies or furthering social causes, she enjoys paddling for the Long Beach ReBelles Dragon Boat and Kahakai Outrigger Canoe Club teams.
